Priority will be given to eco-friendly artisans. This will be a juried event and you should have an online presence. Please ensure that your sites have high quality photos of your work (or you are prepared to forward ones to us) as that is how we will be deciding on your acceptance.

The spots are $30. Your fee covers a 10 x 10 spot, a link to your business website and social media channels, a write-up on our web page, Facebook and Instagram. You will need to bring your own table & chair(s) and should also bring a sun/rain shelter. There will be 4 different locations that you may be at (you can select your preference) but they are all very close together. You can find out more about them on our host page.

We will be advertising on Facebook, in local papers, with the City of Pontiac, posters will be put up at local businesses and signs will be put out the week leading up to the event.

Please note that you must stay set-up for the duration of the fair (10am – 3pm). The deadline to apply is March 4, 2024. Once accepted, you will be prompted to pay your table fees in full via e-transfer.

Safety: Participants will act with the highest regard for the safety of the attendees and other participants of the Event, and will adhere to all laws, policies, rules, and regulations applicable to the goods and/or activities of the Participant, including obtaining all licenses, permits, and approvals that may be required to enable Participant to conduct its activities at the event.

Liability: The Luskville Farm Hop will not be responsible for any loss or damage to Participant’s property, injury to, or death of the Participant (or its agents, employees, and/or personnel), or Participant sales. Participant expressly assumes all risks of loss, damage, liability, injury, or destruction resulting from any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to acts or omissions by Participant, and hereby releases and waives any claims against the Luskville Farm Hop related to such loss, damage, liability, injury, and/or destruction.

Only the accepted Participants are able to sell or distribute their items and/or conduct activities at the Event. The vendor list and table assignments are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee any level of attendance at the Event and there will be no refunds, under any circumstances, after the Event is over.
